La apoderada del Fondo Nacional del Ahorro solicitó que la Corte, de oficio, aclarara el numeral 2º de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-221/10, alegando la imposibilidad jurídica de cumplir el fallo en las condiciones indicadas en el mismo, lo que los llevaría a quedar expuestos al inicio de un incidente de desacato.
Se rechaza por extemporánea la solicitud de aclaración impetrada.
